About Jocelyn

I joined the Red Oak Team as Chief Operating Officer in January 2024.  Coming from a long Operational background in the Financial Services and Higher Education industries, I bring expertise in People Management, Strategic Planning and Execution, Project and Change Management. I am a proud graduate of Dickinson College and am currently completing my Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with an expected graduation date of May 2024. My career has been shaped by a series of fantastic mentors I have had along the way.  As a result, I believe strongly in mentorship and coaching as solid tenants of leadership. 

Red Oak’s family atmosphere mixed with highly skilled, caring, and knowledgeable professionals are what attracted me to this position.  I am excited to work with this team!

I am originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, the youngest of five daughters. I moved to Baltimore after graduating from college.  I’ve been in Baltimore long enough to fully adopt the Ravens and even more so, the Orioles as my own!  Outside of work, I am a busy mom to a son and daughter.  We live in Catonsville, MD with our Great Dane, Marge.  I enjoy spending my time with my kids, my friends, exercising or traveling whenever possible.
