Erin Villamizar

About Erin

Erin joined the group in September 2017 as a Client Services Associate and was promoted to Client Services Manager in 2022 after years of outstanding work. She assists clients with account setup and maintenance while coordinating with product sponsors to help ensure proper processing. Erin oversees the entire services department and assists with client planning, as well. Erin’s excellent customer service, attention to detail, and timely follow-up help to ensure a straightforward and seamless experience. She also processes transactions and especially enjoys making the phone call everyone wants to hear saying “your money is on the way.”

Originally from New England, Erin lives with her husband Mike and her dog Lily in Towson. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking. You can see Erin perform locally with the Baltimore Flute Choir and the Powerhouse Jazz Band.
